Ran into a Seca 750 at the BP today...

    It's a BP/McDonalds here in the McHenry area, and I was at the McDs. Go out, fire up the bike, and start to drive out, and what do I see? A BEAUTIFUL 82 Seca 750! Talked with the guy, he bought it new in '85. Has over 30k on it. Told him about this forum, he said he'd probably have to check it out. Hope he does, as his bike was SOOO nice. Nice red paint too. First other Seca 750 I've seen around on the street too.

    That's a rare situation. I've only seen two in the years that I owned my Seca's.
    I spotted one at a bike rally, and never found the pilot. I did the only sensible thing I could, and parked right beside him/her.
    The other one was coming my direction on some long Arkansas highway. I recognized the second headlight, and we both gave the "thumb's up" but neither of us was too inclined to stop and chat.
