gas tank emblems?

    I remember a thread a while back about people trying to find replacement emblems for the side of the gas tank. Did anyone figure out where to get some? My tank has "Yamaha" plastic held on by two screws. I could use a couple.

    I know I am in the XJ forum but I have 82 XS400J bike. Its a toy, I know, but fun to play with.

    Jet,

    They have been discontinued. I have never been able to find any. I refurbed mine by using a Gold Leaf pen by Krylon. Not perfect and not as bright as OEM, but still look pretty good.
