wont stay runnin plz help

    I had to jump my bike today and it would start and idle. but it did not do so without the choke and as soon as i would shut the choke off it would die also as soon as i would give it any throttle it would die too any suggestions would be helpful as i am a novice when it comes to this bike

    well the battery was dead and it was smelling like it was fludding so both. would a dead battery make it do that?

    It's possible. You could jump the bike again from another battery, but leave it hooked up so that your bike is getting plenty of current. If the flooding problem goes away while hooked to the other battery then you have your answer... weak spark due to dead battery.

    and if it dont help with the flooding i probably need to rebuild and clean my carbs?

    There are other things, but the two mentioned are the most likely candidates. The battery is the easiest to troubleshoot before you go farther. Check your plugs too to make sure they are not fouled from the flooding. Then go to the carbs.
