Old, ancient, nicked up, doesnt matter.. as long as the hole is the right size.

    cheapness is key

Toss them in a small plastic bag and an envelope for some cheap shipping.

Running super rich with my overjetting.. need to go back!

    Thanks

    Brian

    Well, I have 110's and 40's . I would swap for 112's OR 120's OR 122's

I don't want to just sell them.

I drilled out my stock ones so i dont know how big they are, and i dont think anyone wants them. Hopefully someone will have a set of stockers they dont need and will let them go for cheap. I would like to hang onto my jets incase i go with a freer flowing exhaust.

Hey, What size would you drill them out to for a 750 with pods? I can't afford 90$ right now and the stock size is doing me no good. I'll gladly trade my stockers for some bigger ones... I'll pay shipping too.

We should really start a needed / wanted jet pool so we can all trade jets between us... just dont tell len :D

SLKid.. I really appriciate your offer but 2 doesnt do me any good, unless someone else has 2 of the same.... Speaking of which if your gf has a sister you could send her out here. just kidding

Sorry to confuse you, i re read things and i meant to say that i have 110 jets (origionally) that i bored out 2 sizes over with drill bits from a local hobby store. They must hate me because i go in and make them size it up and only spend 4 dollars on 3 larger drill bits whenever i go there. So as it sits i wouldnt be able to tell anybody the numbers without somehow measuring it.

I can say on my 650 with emgo pods and a few holes in the ends of the mufflers it runs too rich, but you wouldnt know it without instrumentation/plug chops. With straight pipes or at least a really well flowing muffler i think it would be perfect. My low jets (40 stock) is completely maxed out and a hair on the lean side of acceptable but runs flawlessly. Im at sea level FTI

I use a wideband oxygen sensor to measure air fuel ratios for tuning. Very awesome not having to guess while tuning fuel, plus you can see where the jets switch at about 1/2 throttle which is kind of cool and useful. Heres a link to the post

I will gladly trade someone my bored out mains for 110s or 112s, but like i said i dont know what size they are. If i would have only kept the drill bits i could have measured. I am however willing to pay $10 for some jets if no one wants my brutalized ones.

Wow, I just put colder plugs in my bike and it fired up and runs great now (no air box). If I keep my stock exaust, can I just adjust my carbs alittle and not worry about messing anything up?

yes messing with things is the joy of owning a bike. I usually bottom my needles out and count how many turns as a reference point. 2.5 to 3 is the stock starting point... I would imagine your pilots are pretty close to being maxed out right now just like mine.

Just do plug chops and you can see how the mixture is. You want light tan plugs for idling and a little darker brown for wot.. theres plenty of posts on here with pics, but of course its not motor specific, so google and learn if you havent done it before.

You are just looking for leftover fuel soot on the plugs and the temperature that it gets cooked at. You can also tell if you could use more or less timing (non adjustable without mods on almost all bikes), or a colder or hotter plug by reading the ground strap. Incredibly useful if you are really good at it. (im not so i bought the gauge)

Just be sure to hit the kill switch while you are on the throttle if looking at mixtures under load since idling will clean off the plugs and you will be reading your idle and not the throttled readings you think you are.

Im sure my jets aren't big enough for your 750 considering i barely enlarged the hole. I don't think i went from a 110 to 120+ maybe 114 or 116s but im really not sure.
