Do you think this will effect the bike negatively?

    Hey, I thought I had a lifter issue because I kept hearing this ticking noise coming from the bike. So, I changed the oil and made sure it had enough. Then I thought, maybe it is an exhaust leak. Turns out, on the bottom of the bike, all the way underneath, there are 4 bolts on the exhaust lines. 3 of them have bolts in them and the 4th one does not. It is a very small hole, so I don't think it will really effect anything, but I wanted your thoughts.

    Those are the EGA ports; they should all have "plug" bolts in them. Put a bolt in it. I THINK it's an M4 but can't be sure I'm at work book is at home.
