I lose spark on one coil once the bike is warmed up, tried different coil and same thing.

Once I take the tank off ect to inspect wiring there is spark again.

anyone have ideas where to start?

    thanks

That's going to be a tricky one. The only thing I can intially suggest is:

At the TCI box, Swap Orange and Grey from the pickups, and swap Orange and Grey from the coils.

This will allow you to run the bike with swapped channels in the TCI handling the two ignition banks. If you still lose spark on the same pair of plugs, then the problem is in the coil or pickup. If you lose spark on the other pair of plugs, then the problem is in the TCI.

Thats an excellent idea! and easy too!

bc I tested the coils and pick up coils and suspect they are ok. wiring harness looks fine to.

I was thinking about the TCI box and wondering how to eliminate it as a problem.

I'll try it as soon as I can.
