    I just wanted to thank many who wrote back to me on the forums.
    Specifically-Chacal, RickCoMatic, and XJWizard.
    The 82 XJ750 from canada started in a barn in Santa Ynez CA, sold to me for $100, stored for 8 yrs. Finally attacked the project, 8mo and $1000 later the bike is cruising me through wine country.

    Look like a lot of patience and perseverance matched up with a healthy dose of skill! If you got all the parts that appear to be missing in the "before" picture you ain't a bad shopper either!
