Just wanted to say that after a few months of blood, sweat, and tears I took my 83 750 out for the very first ride of my life. Says it all

    Now you've done it!
You do realize that you are hooked for life with no chance of parole now, right?

Very cool - congrats. I get a charge every time I get a chance to ride.

That charged feeling never goes away. Especially when someone asks you about your bike.

I have to say that I was not ready for how much power the 750 had to offer. Took a while to find smooth acceleration, but it was excelent. I stopped after about a half an hour after first taking it on the road and found a long dead Marlboro still between my teeth.
