So this winter/spring has been dragging on forever in Anchorage. We got another 12 inches of snow late last week. SO I decided I had to ride, and studded the tires on my wife's dirtbike. It was good fun for a coupel hours to get out on the bikes.

We would stud our tires with hex headed sheet metal screws. We had a rule that the person with studded tires had to ride at the back of the pack. Just incase a stud would let loose. But it was alot of fun.

yep, first clutch dump on my studded 4-wheeler ripped 'bout half 'em out when I rode in the winter. Then I put .875 snowmobile studs in and ran a heavy duty tube. I was untouchable!

You can only see Russia from Sarah Palin's house. I think they call that - political science -. :p
