750 seca air collar

    Just puchased this bike and notice when that the air valve on the left fork hits the tank when I make a tight left turn. Can the collar be turned a bit to keep from hitting the tank?

    If memory serves me correct, there is a locating tab on the collar that keeps it from turning on the tube. I think it is also possible to install it upside down, which may cause the same issue. You'll have to drop the tube down to fix either problem

    Ok, thanks for the reply. I'm thinking it may be the tanks fault.

    the valve should be pointing away from the tank. if it's not, it's probably backwards.
