Okay, so I'm wanting to get rid of the rear light and just have two blinkers act as the blinkers, tail lights, and brake lights. I know I need some sort of trailer harness but I'm not sure exactly what I need or how to wire it. Does anybody have some type of diagram and an example of a trailer harness that I need to buy? I tried searching, but came up with nothing...

You'll need to replace your rear signals with red ones as well - and you'll need 3-wire signals so they have the running lights too.

You don't need any special trailer wiring harness - just connect the wires from the signals to the right wires.

^^ Thats correct you just need to get blinkers that also act as running lights, hopefully you can get them with a red lens otherwise you will have to change it to red. Then run the tail light to one of the wires on the three wire light and the brakelight and turn signals to the other. The only thing i am not sure about is whether the turn signal will still work when the brake light is on ( Essentailly will the brakelight override the turnsignal or the turn signal override the brakelight)

I am trying the same thing and I should get to the wiring this weekend. I am using a 5 wire to 4 wire converter box. The plan is to use an automotive flasher and by pass the canceler. I wanted the flasher to work under braking. I will let you know how it goes.

I think you need 2 diodes, because the brake light will light both bulbs while the signal is trying to flash them. Hey Gamuru !!
