hi everyone!, is it possable to switch the rubber on the front foot pegs or do you need to replace the whole unit, and does anyone know where to get them from, mine are about toast.

    thanks.

I am more interested in finding aftermarket replacements but I can't find something specifically made for my bike (Xj650)

Does anyone have a recommendation on putting aftermarket front pegs on a maxim 650?

Check this site out, i had put these on my 82 and love it. They put you an inch down and you will need to adjust your brake and shifter. They look really cool and pretty cheap. Also the site gives you the part number for the pegs and a detailed instructions on how to put them on.
