XJ 550 Seca

I have had this bike for about 4 years now and have just started working on it. My son thought he was helping by rebuilding the carbs for me and some of the parts are missing now. Chacal has pretty much everything I need though. I wish that I had taken some photos before I started the disassembly process.

Price was $100.00 from a co-worker, I think the boss wanted it gone from the yard! Some of the issues I have found are;
The engine was seized
The carb float valves are all frozen.
Instead of oil in the engine there was gas
Fork tubes bent.

I am going to sand blast the frame check gor craks and repaint it gloss black. I will post the progress as it happens.

Dont give up bringing it back to life. After viewing the insanity of the man who destoyed the seca 750 it will be good to replace the fallen bike with another one on the road.
