I rebuilt my carbs and purchased from McMaster Carr more seals than I needed, so here you go. Shipping and handling is included in each price. I do take PayPal. I have some Buna-N and some Viton material types. The difference is Buna-N has good resistance to fuel and Viton has excellent resistance to fuel. PM me for your needs

Pilot Screw orings (Viton): $3.00 for set of 4 (5 sets available)

Throttle Shaft double seal rings (Viton): $6.00 for set of 8 (5 sets available)
    (Buna-N): $3.00 for set of 8 (1 set available)

Throttle Shaft stack oring (Viton): $6.00 for set of 8 (2 sets available)
    (Buna-N): $3.00 for set of 8 (11 sets available)

The throttle shaft stack oring I place next to the double seal rings. Since the double seal ring is thinner than the original seal, there is a gap between the double seal ring and the plastic washer on the throttle shaft. I stack this oring outside the double seal ring to keep it in place so it seals against the carb housing. I don't use any adhesive to hold the double seal ring in place. So far so good.

Have to be Hitachi carbs from 650 onwards as Mikuni don't use orings under the pilot screw.

I'm out of the pilot screw orings. I still have two sets of double seals for the throttle shafts.

Do you still have any throttle shaft seals? If so, is that all I need to seal my throttle shafts? You say in your first post that you had to use another o-ring to make it seal properly? do you also have that o-ring available??

    Thanks
