yips systems

    HI, AM LOOKING FOR A LOOM FOR A xj700 canadian import on a 84 plate. could anyone tell me if the 700 has a yips system on it as I have the chance of a loom with one?

    I think he means yics? And it wouldn't affect the wiring harness specifically? Unless there were other things added on in different models

    If they're referring to the YICS system it's a passage in the head on the engine used to balance airflow. Shouldn't have anything to do with a loom, assuming of course that a loom has to do with wiring.

    Another instance or how we are separated by a common language.

    PS. I had a few opportunities to visit RAF Waddington in your neighborhood a couple decades back. Is the Horse and Jockey still there?

    yea the horse and jockey is still there and doing good food. and good british beer. yes I was referring to the wiing loom, but know nothing of these bikes? thanks for the info. have a nice day, as they say over your side of the pond.
