    Another Bill nevertheless.

    The charges seem minimal IMO, I think elderly people need to be tested more often.

    Becareful out there. Ride defensively, and extra alert at all times!

    This is very sad and scary. I just moved to the area (NC) and have never heard of so many thoughtless drivers. Makes me nervous to even take a ride around here.

    wow!! ive been in cycling all my life and have seen many cyclist go with people like this.. ive been safe so far hope it will be the same for me now riding motorcycle... be alert.. always alert.... be safe all!!!!!

    How does this person negotiate normal traffic, and avoid pedestrians, and for that matter keep her car out of the ditch, then . . .

    DRIVE OVER somebody AND a motorcycle, and KEEP DRIVING !!
