Does anyone (Chacal?) know what sprocket will fit the middle gear box shaft of my xj1100?
The smaller the better and it needs to be a 530 or 630 chain.
    Thanks in Advance

    No,no,no.

I measured and it has a major diameter of 30mm a minor diameter of 26mm 6 splines that are 6mm wide.

    I think kz650 ans gs1150 fit.

Yes Please I would very much like one to test fit!
    PM sent
Also I found out that a fj1100 or a Suzuki 1200 Bandit rear sprocket would work. The fj has a 150mm bolt circle and the Bandit has a 100mm bolt circle.Does anyone have an extra rear wheel from an xj1100 that you could measure the bolt circle? Also could anyone put up pictures of the rear drive? thanks in ADVANCE

Go back to the JT Sprockets website and search for the XJ1100. They have pics of the sprockets with bolt spacings and diameters.

I thought you were asking about sprocket bolt spacings.

No, I need the spacing for the cushion drive to the wheel.

I have some new information about the conversion.
a 13 and 14 tooth will fit and a15 might.
The case needs to be clearanced to fit a chain.
Shaft support bearings are available @ Grainger for about $30 a piece
Sprocket Specialists has 13t and 14t sprockets available for about $25
I'll post again when I have more info about the conversion.

    Not Yet.

It would cost a great deal of time and money to make the fixtures to mount the shaft.
The original middle drive casting I don't think would be sutable to modify
    to carry the sprocket.

I haven't even looked @ the rear situation except that a Suzuki Bandit 1200
    Rear sprocket might be sutable.

I have purchased an XS850 rear drive and will be installing it soon.
