While crow and I are sitting here sipping on a delicious Coopers Pale Ale and their equally good Sparkling Ale, we were wondering if you guys know the code/numbers for the steering head bearings (tapered) for the 750. You could put your replies over at the xj chat table, after much discussion of course.

After seeing this thread I finally got motivated to destroy a perfectly good fridge. After a good six pack and a couple hours, here are the results.

Thats a 1/6 barrel(5.17gals) of Shock Top Wheat Ale. The fridge will fit a 1/4 barrel(approx 7.5gals) but the 1/6 barrel was easier to obtain on such quick notice. Next will be an IPA, followed by a dark ale, followed by a premium Lager.

Now I dont have to go anywhere but my couch for an ice cold premium draft beer
Now I am gonna go before I get you guys jealous :) Merry Christmas

When I lived in Enid, OK there was nothing like a good Red Draw first thing in the morning after a long night of drinking!

I do however like a good bock as well as a stout ale. Amber ales are good. I just like the darker ale more. Got hooked on that Molson red label ale back in the 60's when I lived in MI.

Pilsner Urquell, there is no substitute. Very, uhh.......Bohemian.

Corona goes well with Tex-Mex, I think the acidity of the lime juice works well to wash the grease down the palate.

When something stronger is required, Patron silver or gold takes the edge off a long day in the parts mines.

El Jimador, Patron Silver, Patron Gold All good Tequilas

The Guys I work with go into Mexico all the time. They always bring me back a bottle or two of Tequila the occasional Rum Puerto Sie, and some good cigars. In return I take them offshore fishing.

    1.) PBR (Pabst Blue Ribbon)
2.) (and a close second) Haufbrau Original
    3.) Budweiser
4.) Keystone Light (the only good light beer)
5.) Half Bud lite Half Haufbrau Dark- tastes amazing
    6.) Magic Hat

As far as liquor goes i like whiskey, rum and maybe a couple of others. Vodka is garbage.

Earlier someone mentioned Four Peaks brewery in Tempe AZ. They make the best oatmeal stout I have ever had. The only problem is they don't bottle it. So I have to go there for a drink. Which means I can't ride the Maxim there.

Here in Vermont we have Otter Creek Brewery and Magic Hat Brewery so we have plenty of micro flavors to choose from and they put out some pretty good ones.

For more well know beers, I like Newcastle Brown Ale, Bass Ale, Smithwicks, and Guiness.

I figure life is too short to not spend a little extra for beer I like but I have rarely turned down free beer!

For general consumption I've been brewing my own for a while now - changing brews just for the fun of it - even done a couple of meads, with great results.

Lately I've become a huge fan of Innis & Gunn oak aged scotch ale -- bought a couple bottles at the LCBO of their stuff and it's amazing

I just bought one of their Rum Cask Finish bottles -- and in my not so humble opinion it's nothing short of spectacular! I just wish it wasn't so darn expensive!

Hey shooter you know you had enough whisky when you are seeing triple and you wake up in the morning and you only have a couple shots left in your bottle. At least that is what I used to do. After a few months of that I only seen double when I got to the end. lol
For my beers I like the darker ones. Fat Tire, Moosedrool, Scapegoat, Summit Pale ale. I tried the new Budweiser American ale. That wasn't to bad after you had a couple drinks and got past the aftertaste. Also like me a good old Grain Belt Premium! My FAVORITE dark beer is Stite. It is a black and tan. It kind of tastes like Amberbock only better imo. But I think the best beer ever comes from Germany. My cousin stopped over after his trip to Europe and he brought back a 5 ltr bottle of beer made by German monks. We put it outside for about 20 minutes (closed to 0 outside) brought it in and drank it just under room temp. YUM!!!
    Cheers!

Get some yellow lable smirnoff, put it in the freezer until it is viscus, then down a shot, you might change your opinion on vodka. 8O

Yea, I think your hate of vodka comes from you drinking it wrong.

Let me educate you. Vodka NEEDS to be served ICE COLD.
Stick it in the freezer. If you take it out and ice doesn't start forming on the outside of the bottle, it's too warm. Stick it back in.

Once the vodka is cold enough, pour it in to a shot glass and down it in one smooth gulp. Awesome chasers: polish dill pickles and/or lemon slices with honey.

Also, there's a rule that the first shot is quickly followed by the second. After that, the rate of drinking is up to you, however, there is a saying in Russian that "God loves a threesome" (stop being dirty, not like that) and a 3rd shot will NEED to be drank before the night is over.

Hope that helps you enjoy vodka properly.
Morning after: drink the left over pickle juice. Like a full glass of it.

Freshly baked rye rolls are also awesome with vodka. I know a lot of people sing the praises of of the newly popular super premium vodkas, but it is still hard to beat a bottle of Stoli buried deep in the freezer!

first of all I'll say, "the worst beer i've ever had was pretty good". my favorite beers come from the SAM ADAMS line, they're all decent. for everyday JW Dundee honey brown lager fits the bill, for summer i'll keep some rolling rock ponies in the fridge in my garage... as long as it's around 35*F i'll give it a taste or 2 or 3 or 4....anything but BUD that s%&! gives me a headache, ride safe NJrider
