If you cut away the swing arm, you will detrimentally effect the structural integrity of the bike. The guy in the UK (plumber, I think) runs a naked shaft & has rebuilt the rear frame.

ok i see now the difference between what i want to do and what "plumber" has done i now understand how it would hurt structural integrity, if i were to only notch the case would i be aright?

of course all is null and void if the tire won't actually fit on the rims

If you were able to box the notch back around the shaft you may be ok. Just cutting a notch in it will weaken the tube a great deal. You've got to replace the removed material somehow.

by all means i will do that for sure,

my bikes barried right now so i cant go look at it, so all i need to know is 2 things, if the axel tube it steal or aluminum, if it's aluminum im screwed.

and if a 140-150 tire will fit on a seca wagon wheel lol

The swing arm is steel, I don't know how much width you will be able to grab, after you have welded in a fillet, it hasn't got that much room in there & you dont want it rubbing or binding.
    Good luck, post pics.
