Coils are 1-4 and 2-3, so it looks like your 1-4 coil might be the culprit. Check spark first, if none, then work your way back to the coil and further if necessarly....

Corroded TCI terminals could keep one or both coils from firing, so it may not be a bad idea to check them.

Any difference whether the choke is on or not?

yes it only start with choke,
    barely idles,
and seems fine in high revs.

could a sulfated battry be the problem?
im starting it with a booster,
    battery is dead!

    i will check terminals today...

    ok i found aproblem,
the 8 conect coming form the reg/rec is burned,
could this be the spark problem?
or this is why my headlamp burns?
it is burned in the re/white wires.

ill try show some pics later

Check the voltage at the battery when the bike is running - you should have between 13.5 to 14.5v. Anything over 15v indicates a faulty reg/rec (or bad earth) and yes you will fry batteries, headlights, etc.
If the voltage does not increase from static, then the stator is faulty or connector is shot (you'll want to replace the connector anyway).

Runs OK at higer revs? Could be blocked pilot circuit in carbs, or coil on the way out. Check coil resistances and all other ignition related connectors. If that checks out, clean your carbs.

If your Bike was running; but then SAT for some length of time, without the Carb Drain Screws removed and the Battery on a Tender ... you could have more than one or two problems.

You may need to do a few things.
    Carbs.
    Battery
    Brushes
    Coils

You'll have to Test and inspect everything on the list.
If you still have a STOCK Fuse Panel ... that needs to be replaced too.

ye lol, the seca been sitting a while...

ok i found the cylinders 1 n' 4 arent firing,
so i bought a used coil, my question is,
what side goes to the 4 and which to the one?

the old ones were numbered, or it dont matter?

Don't matter -- they fire at the same time.

to expand on that a bit; these bikes fire the coils every time the pistons come up so there's a "wasted spark" on the exhaust stroke, which is why it doesn't matter.
