My xj is not on the road at the moment but I still have her. I ride my xvz12 Venture these days. I'd love to put the xj on the road but for the $ in license and insurance. How do others manage to have multiple bikes on the road I wonder ? Hmmmmm.

I have lived in Scarborough and Leamington, although I've now moved back across Lake Erie to Lorain, Oh. Ontario has some fantastic scenery and nice rides; my favorite so far is around Penetanguishene/ Awenda Prov. Park. If there were a rally or carb clinic anywhere up to Barrie (or preferably the Windsor area!) I'd probably make the trip, my wife and I have been looking for an excuse to visit Canada again anyways.

I live in Cambridge, Ontario, I can't wait for my first dover trip!!!

 

Shame we don't have a really good PD13 this year though - never tried going in November before, but don't suspect it's going to be a large crowd...

I even scared myself a few weeks ago driving around town and spotted another seca over on Crescent ave and raced home to see if mine was still in the driveway! YES they looked that similar!I went back by the other house but the guy that was working on the XJ and the bike itself were gone.
Anyone know if thats a member here?

Hey Artie i think i have seen u driving around st t before. im in aylmer. I used to ride alot in and around st.t

 

Would like to invite all for a ride in the spring up Muskoka #13/Southwood Rd. and possibly Pennisula Rd. #7 between Lake Joseph And Lake Rosseau. Lots of curves and lots of scenery. Just a thought!

Hi everyone, just signed up. I currently ride a 1200 Bandit, but I still have my 85 Maxim-X that I have owned since day 1.
I plan to eventually put it back on the road and have been picking up parts here and there, mostly eBay.

Anyone in the kitchener/waterloo area on the go? Took my first legal spin this evening before the storm hit, it would be neat to meet some othe members kin the area!

 

KW here too. Maxim 400. Been off the road for a month cause the carbs are pooched. Been a busy couple months for me, so doesn't seem to be time to rebuild/clean them - le sigh.
Clutch cable came out too darn thing. Wouldnt be a problem but the screws holding that plate are seized mighty fine.

 

I live in Cambridge, on so basically KW area and I am always on the bike, I have put about 5000 MILES on it this summer alone.

 

Nice! There's a few XJ's around, even from what I see on my limited habit-trail! Gonna have to setup a meeting or we can go invade a specified Tim Horton's and drive out the Harley's lol!

Yup - one month till Dover - the one and only Friday the 13th this year, in August, and it's even #50! This is gonna be NUTZ

New member here in the KW area. My Seca is not on the road yet (gona build it into a cafe bike).

Current on the road ride is a V-Star 1100 but looking to trade it in on a smaller bike thanx to my insurance doubling for no apparent reason.
