Ignition Coil

    I need an ignition coil for my 700n,there are some available but the bloke tells me they are patents not Yamaha, anyone know if patents were made?

    I buy some pattern spares for my 600 from wemoto and at £30, the coils will probably be pattern. They do not list coils for the 700, although this model is rare in the UK. I would suggest somebody would have made them! Ask for a photo?

    Thanks, it's because the 700 is so rare in Europe that I'm sceptical, but needs must so I'll have to give it a try.

    No part number but he will take it back he also said it does for the 700n - s and x models. Have found the Yamaha part cover's the same models so it should do the job.
