Please don't part out a "running" Seca 900! They are rare. Will anyone buy it whole for a reasonable price? Does it have a registration?

"Salvage Specialists" ... "Breakers" ..., and "Bone Yards" are in it for the MONEY.
If they have a running bike ... WITH PAPERS ... they unload it as a "Runner with Title As Is"

    If the Bike they've got doesn't have a TITLE ... it's PARTS!

If there is anything. One little-i not dotted, or even one T not crossed with the paperwork on the Bike ... he's parting it out.

    dang...

those case savers are really cool...

is this the NON-destabilizing fairing he has for sale? even with a broken tab it might be worth picking up. my little fairing makes the ride TOO interesting for my liking...

I believe that is the handlebar mounted fairing. The frame-mounted fairing is quite a bit "shorter", front to rear............doesn't have those long "legs".

<------- forget all the above, it was bass-ackwards......

The case savers were aftermarket items made by The RRack Factory, very cool, originally developed for the XJ650RJ Seca models, as the horizontal "ribs"matched up nicely with the "ribbed" footpeg mounting bracket styling...

Here in NH we don't need title's for any vehicle over 15 years old. Maybe I should go into the title business. Have folks sell me a bike, I register it and then transfer it over to them. LOL

Seriously, I wonder how many states like NH do not require titles on older vehicles?

I have three of those fairings and can say for sure that they are frame mounted. Just repaired one of those broken tabs last week. Seems to be a weak spot on them.

That is definately the frame mounted fairing, if you will read his discription, he said the fairing frame was welded to the main frame. The correct main frame has provisions to bolt up the fairing frame.

This bike was on Orlando Craigslist- - I called the seller on Feb 3.
No answer, then voice mail full.
The price was $500 and no title, it had the 891 CC engine.
Mr Schooter was going to help me generate a title, if that's even possible.
