    Steven,

Haven't had much of a chance to keep up with your family. With my promotion I average almost 60 hours/week and travel more. I regret not keeping in touch. I think of your father almost every day.

I have a reminder in my calendar that pops up from time to time so that I don't totally forget. Tell your Mom and Sister I said hello and as the weather get's warmer my family would like to see all of you again.

I haven't been in here to speak of in months. Reading all the posts is so sad, Bill was truly one of the nicest, most knowlegable, helpful guys you could ever meet online, I can imagine he was so much more in person. Reading all this has brought me to tears. I'll say a prayer for his family, I'm sure they still need them.

    Hey fellow forum family,

I hope to plan a ride in August as Bill's Memorial Ride. It would be HUGE if we could deliver some cards to Bill's wife (Sandra and his kids Beth & Steven) at this event. The year has been filled with many difficult "firsts" for our family without Bill. The anniversary of his passing will be no different. Our parents have a very tough time and I know this will help them greatly. The gratitude and pride in our Dads eye when he heard of the original card was great. I think (however noble it is) physically riding cards from all parts of the country is a pretty daunting task. If I might suggest regional cards (if so moved) and mail them to me to ride up from Florida to NC. I think this would be the most realistic considering everyone has life to deal with and lets face it the economy isn't all that great.

To all those who offered and tried to complete this last year, thanks your efforts meant alot to me and the family. I would have been amazed if we had completed this considering the short notice. To those that help complete this thanks too!! If anyone would like to include cards for fellow loved ones lost over the year, please do. We will carry them with us on our ride, included them in our prayers and deliver (personally or via mail) to the family. Thanks & I look forward to your help. Ride safe!

To those who didn't know my brother and his contributions to this forum would some of you who know his threads posts some links please, or jus t a word.

    :(

Well sadly it has been a year today since Bill's accident. This week to follow leading up to the final loss of his fight is a reminder of need to continue to make the public aware of motorcycles.

Thanks as always for the XJ family and you support. If you would please ride this week with your pegs down and a special prayer for Bill and the family.

Bill's family will be down to visit this year and to celebrate our fathers birthday, 2 days after the day Bill passed. It will be a difficult time but with prayers we will get through it.

Bill passed August 4th so those that can... enjoy a ride in his honor... I plan on it.

    Thanks again to all.
