I've decided to stay with the wrap around. Mostly because it's different. Thank You for the compliments

    Lookin' good!
Never was much of a fan of the big wrap-around fender thing, especially on a little bike like that (seen too many at bikes shows) the shorty fender makes it look more like a true bobber to me (that's just me) I like the idea of part of the engine painted and some of it polished. It just looks better than the stock brushed aluminum look.

Rustysavage- The width of the rear fender is 7"

PainterD- I was originally going to go with the shorty fender but it looked like it was a little skinny on the tailend. We thought the tire should be fatter. The fender was the way to go to widen the rear while on a budget. I do appreciate your honesty.

FABFABINC- The pipe is deafening. The removable baffle is too quiet though. I'll drill holes in the baffle to get a happy medium.

It would be real cool to have your tail light and blinkers integrated into that wrap around fender. The fender looks very cool.

Looks great.......I like the painted engine. You're doin a good job........I was just in a motorcycle shop the other day that sells "Victory" motorcycles. I seen a few of them with the black engines and edge of the cooling fins natural aluminum like what you have there. Looks great.............I'm with PainterD about the wrap around fenders, not something I would choose. In fact at that Victory dealership they had a couple of models with the wrap around fenders on them, I told the guy they would look better with chopped fenders.....dont think he liked that. Just my preference is all. Great job with the bike........I'll send you mine when you finish yours. Nice
