OK, you can't tell us you drove that far and NOT post pics! I thought 4.5 miles one way was a long way to go for a bike (ok, 3 in this case) but man!

I think it run's purdy good. But it needs the usual repairs like paint ,brakes,
And fork seals. It's got a four into one header not to loud but sounds good. I have road it down the street. But still waiting on tags $$$. I paid $900.00
    for it.

Looks like a good deal to me for a rare bike. A nice addition to any stable :D Good for you. Look forward to progress reports.

Take some advice from a 900 Guy who loves the Bike.

Carefully remove the two Plastic Air Scoops and place them in a nice box.
Only put them on for shows.

And, ... while the Bike's at the Show ...

KEEP AN EYE ON THEM !!!!

    Nice ride.

Thanks for the advise on the plastic air scoops . I have have noticed theres none of those around for sale. I will find a nice box and some bubble wrap and put them away. I plan on keeping this bike for a while.

Finally got to take it out for ride. Had a blast and ran great! Now just waiting
on my front fender to get here and start painting. Just a quick paint question , Can I use one step acrylic enamel on the plastic or should I use base-coat/clear? I'm just painting the plastic not the tank. I would like to use enamel cause the sand&sun around here just ruins clear coat.
