The 650 Turbo bracket may physically fit, but may not work very well.

The 650 Seca steering bracket (upper and lower) are almost "V"-shaped, and thus the tubes are quite a bit offset from the pivot position of the steering stem. In essence, by using the 650 Turbo steering brackets, you'd be moving the forks back "into" or towards the frame, with unknown consequences. The 650 Seca is somewhat unique in this regard.

Your best bet is to try and find the proper replacement steering bracket for your bike.............which one do you have? We may have some good used ones.

Almost any of the other steering brakets that use the 36mm fork tubes will "fit", the issue is how will another set of steering brackets, not designed for that bike, affect the handling, braking, etc. Look at your steering brackets that are on the bike now (I assume that they're original); not how far offset (forward) the front forks are in relation to the central "stem" or pivot point of the bike. It's hard to visualize it on a bracket that you don't have in front of you, but maybe you could search a couple of them on eBay (for a Maxim, or a Turbo, etc.) and then you'd see the differences. The Seca bracket move the forks a good 2" (or so) out, further away from the pivot point, than on any of these other models......and I have no experience ("zero") in telling you what kind of differences such a change would cause. Perhaps some of the other customizers on this sight might want to chirp in and make their thoughts known on this subject?

By the way, what do you mean by "the center bar"......handlebars, or the steering stem? The stem is actually part of the lower steering bracket!
