    I go through all the NO Papers Hassle for this Bike.

    Pull the Engine.
    Get a Salvage Title.
    Put the Engine back in.
    Show it to the Cops ...
    Get new Papers.

    Just registered Vintage Rice for the first time today in my name. All I had was a bill of sale and an old reg from the P/O and the thing went off without a hitch. No paperwork hassles at all.
