    I'm amazed at the number of "no title" bikes I see, and they all say you can apply for a title. Not in Florida anyway.

    What gets me is if you look closely he has forward controls and a hand shifter.

    I just called the guy. He said that he works at a old school custom bike shop. He seamed pretty proud about his CREATION, and the kicker is that he actually SOLD the thing!

    It's only a parts bike at this point, but could be made into a good bobber with some work. It's amazing the crap people try to sell.
