i smell......stupidity..

i saw a video on youtube yesterday of a guy doing something really stupid like this and a debate broke out in the comments section with some guy arguing that you can't possibly hit your head if you crash on a motorcycle going less than 30 or 40 mph. i need to find it.

Haha. People are retarded. A wheelie is one thing but putting someone else in danger like that is just stupid.

 

of all the brain dead totally useless idiotic things to do with your lady on the bike this would have to take the cake. jeans , t-shirt and a pair of shoes does not make for safe riding gear pulling absurd stunts like that on the highway and in traffic. the same goes for the dumb b**ch sliding under him and moving forward on the bike. bet they won't think they're so cool when the car in front changes lanes and drills them because he could not see them with the head light pointed at the heavens instead of the road and then spend the next six months in hospital.
stunts are ok in a controlled enviroment and one up, but if bike inventors wanted us to ride on one wheel they would built the bike that way.

Another thought come to mind -
If they do go down because of his stupidity, think of the traffic behind him at that speed. Some are not able to stop as fast as they need to, some are not drivign defencively and won't see them go down until it's too late and run right over them.
Does the term "Vehiclular Homicide" ever crossed his mind. That's pretty much what he will face eventually (if he's still alive) That bike is a weapon at that point. Gun control? Should be bike control in this case.

 

Showed the video to my riding partner. Told her we need to start practicing so we have the procedure down before the Oregon 250 ride in April. To my relief she declined both the training exercises and the execution of the stunt while on the ride.

I hope the young man and the young lady live long enough to grow up and realize what folly this is. At some point maturity should kick in. If they live long enough.

By the way - this is not an indorsement of that idiot on in the video. Just something cool I found online. There is another one invented in Canada by a college kid. It looks more like a crotch rocket with no front end.

At least the guy in that last video was wearing a helmet, his dad should have wore one in the sack with his mom though.
