forum question: Why do messages stay in 'outbox' for days?

    I type messages and hit send, submit or whatever

    most of them have gone out right away. 3 or 4 times, I notice they're un-sent and just sitting in my outbox.

    Again yesterday, I wrote one to a local guy about color tuning but this morning again, that message is still hanging around in my outbox.

    Is it something I'm doing or not doing?

    That means that the person has not checked your message yet. When they do, the message will leave your "outbox"
