Does anyone have a drink holder on their bike?

I am in need of a drink holder tucking the morning coffee into the saddle bad does work but I now have a saddle bad that smells like coffee due to a little spillage. So what do you guys have and how do you like it?

I have one on both bikes. I bought them at a truck stop and adapted them to the handlebars (left side) for my morning coffee.

I get all my drinking done BEFORE I get on the bike. Then I drive real fast so I can get home before I have to pee.

I have no drink holders on the bike. Too dangerous.

It would come in handy for me, for one reason -- kinda hard to stop by the fast food joint and get a combo meal to go without some place to put the sody-pop.

"Would you like a drink with that?"

"What do I have in my hand?"

"A motorcycle helmet."

"So, what question should you be asking yourself?"

"Ummm....."

"How am I going to carry the drink on the bike?"

The ash tray is hidden until I need it and just pops up with a switch. I got one from 007 Bond Enterprizes that makes all kinds of cool gadgets. My cigarette lighter is also a little .22 cal. pistol. My watch is also a GPS and lazer cutter. My headlight pops open with a switch that doubles as wet bar at rest stops. I have yet to install the muffler option that doubles as a flame thrower (for those annoying tail gaters)
I had to remove the double 8" woofers and the 1000w amp, it took too much from the electrical system. It will make room for the oil tank for my oil-slick injectors that sprays a coat of oil on the road behind me (incase the flame thrower isn't effective)
For some reason, my dog doesn't chase me down the driveway anymore?!!

My mirrors were from Dennis Kirk. I bleieve they are Arlen Ness slingshot style, that are kinda spendy compared to other brands. I got them at the Scratch & Dent store (couldn't find a scratch on them) for $15 for both of them. They are part # 39-1806 in the metric catolog. They list for $47.99/each. I couldn't pass up a deal at that price!

jim itsmoredangerous to drive with one hand trying not to spill coffee lol. PainterD do they hold a tapered coffee cup ok? Our roads flat out suck here. I have seen basically a ring type but they don't hold water bottles well but do hold the coffee cups secure. thx for the pics.

Yes those cup holders are lined with foam, so I can carry my insulated coffee mug, or a can of soda or drink bottle. I can't go without my morning coffee on the way to work and and my plastic insulated tumbler keeps it warm all the way to work (38 miles)

After you buy that Happy Meal, where do you put the box? I'll bet you put the toy in your pocket. Get a tankbag for the burger and fries. You may be able to wire in a heater to keep it warm even.
I hate eating Chili Cheese footlongs at 75. My wife ends end up catching on her face shield. No way to improve domestic tranquility.

What's this about happy meals and boxes? The question was referring to a drink holder on a bike. Yes, alot of riders have them to keep hydrated during hot weather and hold their coffee mug in the morning. It's not dangerous (maybe how some people ride?) but I've never had an issue with it. Of course you don't drink going around corners or in busy traffic, that's just common sense. Some are scared to take their hands off the handlebars when riding I guess.

I just bought a Platypus water container with a hose and bite valve attached to it. It fits in the back of my jacket where the back armor slides in. Should keep me hydrated on hot days. I can't drink out of a travel mug with a full face helmet. :lol:

 

No..No.. buff the sandwich and bag go in the saddle bags. the coffee does too but I am getting some spillage and would like to run threw the drive threw lol... No happy meals as the kids don't fit on the bike yet.

Cool. Just trying to make a little levity. The comment was made about the meal, just wondering where he stuck the rest of the meal.
I do have a drink holder as well but have never used. Its a pain to drink a coffee with a fullfacer.

That's the problem with a full face helmet, you can't take a drink. Never liked wearing them much except for real cold weather. If I do wear a helmet, (not very often) it's my open face one with a shield I can flip up.
I looked into the bladder type tank you wear on your back, but I have a backrest on my work bike so it gets in the way.
Another good idea to hold a cup or can or bottle is one of those drink holders made for bicycles. I've seen them on scooters in the past.

I sometimes have a drink on my bike and get older.. but never when it's running.
