Ok my bike is up and running real nice but it is missing something that was real fun.
In the higher RPM's like 4-5000 when I would release the throttle she would rumble and sound awesome. (very hard to explain)
So after some work it does not seem to do this.
And it has a tick when running.
It is also running real lean and think maybe this is also the reason, not allowing the backpressure. (maybe)
I was thinking maybe I have a leak on my exhaust when I reinstalled the original pipes. Took them off again last night and sealed with High temp RTV to see if this changes anything.
It will to cold in Toledo to run it today but should be able to get out tommorrow.
Just curiuos if anyone else has experienced this issue.
    Brian

Do you mean a rumble like that of a race car going into the corner? Mine did that as well for a while and plug chops showed it was lean. My guess was the air suddenly being cut off left more fuel in there and it was still burning down the exhaust pipe. Not too good for the bike I'd bet but it did sound awesome.

I have a clicking from the front of my #3 cylinder started looking around and found that where the exhaust hooks up into the engine one of the attatchment studs had sheared. Once I get the new studs in I will be able to see if this is the source of the clicking. I will be watching this thread, let us know if the RTV works.

OK I was able to run it for alittle while before I froze. But using RTV on the exhaust made a world of difference the constant ticking is gone. You can still hear the engine working but not the ticking.
Retested and adjusted with colortune plug again and she is sounding sweet. I did notice a little rumble at around 5000rpm but it sounds strong.
I believe I am done till I have a problem or dive into something else.
    Thanks
    Brian
