I need to adjust the valves the following, is what I have found out:
    I shim E shim
    1 .38mm 280 .75mm 265
    2 1.02mm 270 1.27mm 265
    3 1.27mm 265 1.27mm 260
    4 .38mm 275 .50mm ?
I forgot to write down the last one last night (before I reassembled it :( )
what are the correct shims to use?

If it is tight, then use a smaller (lower number) shim?
As the valve seats wear, the clearence is reduced, thus the shim must be changed to a smaller shim to maintain the clearence?

Are your decimal points in the correct place for cylenders #2 and #3?

By looking at your numbers, is it possible you guaged #2 and #3 with the cam in the wrong position?

Something just doesn't look right to me.
