I bought this windshield from a friend and it is a bit big for me after I got it on and used it. So anyone looking for a bit more protection, I would like to trade it for a smaller shield. Or sell it outright. The shipping will probly be killer so I will let it go reasonable. It is in good shape just dirty from storage over the winter. Comes with 7/8 round bar clamps. Shoot me an offer or post up what ya got to trade. Thanks for looking.

Ok, no offers yet, I was thinking 40 bucks, plus shipping. I will trade straight up for a smaller windshield in good shape. This windshield is in good shape.

I very much like to have it, and it's a good price. But I am in the middle of a complete resto so even $40 tight for me. Have you thought about marking an outline on that wind shield in the shape and size that you would like and go have cut down? Probably cost less than $40. And you will have a one of a kind.

True story. I was gonna see if you wanted to trade for my slipstream but you should totally cut the shape you want!! That'd be sick!

I did think about that, I have a little air saw that would work perfect, and have actually masked the edges to what it would look like. I am not sure if the curves where the hand protection would look right, I really want a Slipstream SS 28 sport fairing, just too much$$$

    Easily fabricated to suite.

Use "Dry-Erase" Markers, Ruler and a Protractor to lay-out the Line and curves of the Cut.

Use Black Vinyl Electric Tape to "Mask" the Line for the Cut.
Put the Tape on and make the curves and flow pattern.

Eyeball the TAPE Line before Cutting.
Make the Tape Line ... Perfect. Perfect.

If you have to Lift the tape off and lay it down several times, ... get the CUT LINE ... Perfect!
Once the TAPE Line is Perfect ... Lay-on a Cut Mark with a Sharpie.

Get the RIGHT Blade for Cutting The Material.
    Remove bulk.
    Remove corners.
Leave enough material to be able to work the Saw ... end to end ... without an obstacle or needing to drill a start hole.

Make the FINAL Cut working the Saw and Material to Provide an Edge which will be Finished with a Rounding-Over Router Bit.
