I've got a 1981 xj750 all torn apart. I used the forks, wheels, and a few other parts on another bike. Otherwise I think most of the bike is there. I will sell any part from this bike for any reasonable offer. You will also pay for the actualy shipping cost.

Is this a Seca or a Maxim? If it's a Seca, I'd practicallyl kill for the master cylinder and front brake lines.

PM me if you have them.

I really am a dope. I guess I should have read the title of your post insted of just the body. Anyway, if you have the master cylinder, I'm dying for it!

Greg, I think we do have the master cylinder and front brake lines. I'll dig them out and see what kind of shape they are in. Let me know if you want me to e-mail some pictures of the parts to you. You can use the email address in my profile if you like.

Greg, I do have the master cylinder and brake lines. I have never driven this bike so I do not know if it will work but it apears to be in good shape. I have the master cylinder, cable to controls, T connector for brake lines, mounting bracket etc... How much of it do you want? Let me know and we can make a deal.

If yours is by chance the red/gold/black paint scheme, I would pay top dollar for the right sidecover if the mounting tabs are in great shape.

    Thanks, Chad

Chad, I finally got out to the shop where the Seca is again. I have a right side cover in Red and Black (I think the gold is worn off). The tabs are not in great shape. If you are interested I can send you pictures with the detail you want to see. Just send me a note to my email in my profile.

Bobbo, The engine is all torn apart. Make an offer on any parts and I will likely accept it.

tichuang, I'll check the coils and let you know. I expect they are good but I have no idea if they are the same as a xj650. I'll let you know in a private message in a day or two when I get a chance to check.

Hey, would you have the ignitor by any chance, and possibly the wiring harness if it is in good shape.

    Thanks,
    John

Ok nevermind, I just got my motorcycle running. I rebuilt the wiring harness a while back and couldn;t get the bike to run. Found out today that the terminals for the ignitor were just corroded. Cleaned them up and put some conductive grease in the connector and she sparked better than ive ever seen before.
