I have a 82 xj650 maxium and if I'm correct I need the axle shaft spacer tube and spacer flange that goes inside the rear wheel. My question is the one listed on the parts list here says it's for xj550 and xj900rk. Is this the same one I need?

Make sure you get the length of your spacer tube if you ask Chacal for one. My XJ650 had a strange length and although Chacal was helpful in trying to figure it out we couldn't get the right piece.

I'm just not positive mine in there. I need to take the back wheel back off. I read someone else on here didn't have one in and when you tightened the back axle it would lock it up. That is how mine seems but I didn't know what to look for the first time I toke it apart.
