XJ750 Horn Button Spring

    The spring in the 750's horn button is shot. This is the square button type. Has anyone successfully used the spring from the round button horn or starter button in this switch?

    Its academic at this point. The local oldtime hardware store had a selection of springs and with a little trimming one will work just fine
