More Maxim X parts for sale...

Here are some more parts. I've tried to describe well, but if you have questions, or need photos, shoot me a PM.

Engine in good running condition (32,8XX miles) - $250
Does not include the starter, ignition parts, or carbs.

Gas tank - $75
Good condition inside. Two dents (one is about 2” long, the other is about the size of a 50-cent piece) and some paint nicks. Light rust in dents and nicks.

Front fender - $30
Good used condition. A few small scratches. Color is "Carolina" blue.

Rear fender - $35
Good used condition. Color is "Carolina" blue.

Tail light - $15
Good used condition.

Petcock - $20
Good used condition.

Headlight and bucket - $25
Needs polishing, and there is a spot inside the lamp that looks like the chrome is peeling. No rust.

Radiator, hoses, cap, fan, overflow, grill, etc. - $60
Pretty good condition. Radiator has a dent in the side, near the bottom right corner. Doesn’t interfere with circulation and doesn’t affect any fins. Is covered by the grill once installed.

Front brake calipers, master cylinder, brake lever, splitter, and hoses - $45
Calipers are in good condition. A bit scuffed, but no serious scratches or dings. The paint on the master cylinder is bubbling and window is clouded as though someone spilled brake fluid all over it and didn’t clean it up, but it works fine. There are a couple of nicks on the hoses. Brake pads with less than 200 miles included.

Left/right handlebar controls - $20 for left, $30 for right, including throttle
Good working condition, labels almost all worn off. Will sell for $40 if someone wants them both, and will throw in black mirrors and handlebar for free. SOLD

Starter - $45
Unpainted, good condition.

Main relay - $20
Works. No damage.

Triple tree and fork - $25
Some light rust on the triple tree, including some small rust spots on the forks. Forks don’t appear to be pitted. SOLD

Fork brace - $15
Fair used condition. Needs some cleaning and buffing.

Gauge cluster, including fuse box and indicator lights - $50
Speedo has been damaged, the white casing is cracked, but it still works just fine. Needs a new gasket and the speedo bucket has a largish (about 2”) “road rash.” Other gauges are in good used condition, and plasti-chrome is in reasonable condition. Could use some buffing. SOLD

Key set (includes gas cap, helmet lock, seat lock, ignition unit, and key) - $45
Fair condition, with some light rust spots on the gas cap. Key can be removed from ignition while in “On” position (not sure if that is something that can be fixed, or not)

Front wheel in excellent condition - $60
Tire tread is good, but sidewalls are checked

Speedo cable and unit - $20
Good used condition

Front signal light set with mounting bracket (good rubber stems) - $25
Good used condition.

 

Im looking for a front brake master cylinder for my 82 XJ650 Maxim......only because the hole where my right mirror screws in is stripped....

 

I'm looking for a negative battery cable, if you've got one.
