Hey Turbo owners, got a question for you!

What should the boost sensor hose connect to?

Right now I have a T connected to the nipple on the surge tank, and the boost sensor is connected to it along with the fuel pressure regulator. Dunno if this is right or not... Can't find any other high-pressure ports.

There is a nipple on the carbs facing kind of up and forward... Is that part of the high-pressure system? Wouldn't think that pressurized carbs would have bowl vents... or do they?

I'm soooo close on this bike! It runs great, pegs the boost gauge (yes, the waste gate is connected and working)... I just want to make sure all the lines are connected properly so I can hang the rest of the skins on it and get it out of my garage so I can work on my 650 cafe rat!

I have the surge tank connected only to the pressure regulator - but for all I know, I'm wrong!

    Okay - had to check.

The surge tank connects to the regulator only (no tee).

The boost sensor connects to the carb manifold (at the venturi)

    Got it. Thanks Fraps!

On a side note, I think I have a faulty FPR as it surges a bit when I twist the grip off. If I gently roll it on, it will hit redline no problem.. Just doesn't like WOT. I also noticed one of the plugs was gapped too wide so I reset them all to .028.

We'll see how it does tomorrow... I may have to give the FPR a thorough cleaning.
