noooo! i was riding to work today and one of my exhaust cans fell off during the trip. i just happened to be on a really big/busy piece of road with pretty much no sidewalks to speak of. by the time i was able to pull over, find where the can was lying, and get to it (all in all about 4-5 minutes) it had already been run over and crushed. dammit!

Same thing happened to me last year. My can fell off on I-95 going about 80. Stuck a harley muffler on it for the remainder of the year and am now working on a custom exhaust.

an open 4-1 header sounded awesome...... for about 5 minutes then I couldn't take it any more.

    .....uuuudge?

Bummer. Same thing happened to me with a tail light lens that I forgot to screw back on. I think the driver behind me aimed for it.

    Nice.

Also, I wouldn't want to be the guy who ran over it... my poor cage...
