So, got down there with the new spark plugs, new spark plug caps and confirmed I have spark.

    No doubt I have air.

But I have fuel on only 1 & 3. Once I took the bowls off, I could immediately tell what my issue was. The float needles were sticking shut on 2 & 4. 1 & 3 were functioning perfectly and the float levels were great on those two.

I know I set the float levels just fine on all 4 using the 17mm spec everyone recommends. But apparently I didn't clean the float needles out well enough on those two.

While I am at it, I want to do a bench synch which I have directions for so no worries on that front.

But, my mixture screws on 1 & 2 are jacked to all hell. It looks like someone tried turning them but the brass just gave way. What do you recommend to remove them and replace them?

BTW, mixture screws 3 & 4 work great with no effort at all to turn.

I've had good luck with a dremel tool. I grind a new slow with a real fine pointed bit, soak with penerating oil, maybe add a little heat. Slowly try turning back and forth until it loosens. I have heard of people drilling and re-tapping but I have never done that.

Roger that. I am stoked that I have a working ignition system that is not faulty at all. That is a big relief. Fuel is not an issue now that i know what the problems are. I feel good about this!
