hi guys i did a thorough search on the board, and for what i have read i would say a 550 seca tank will bolt on to the 750 seca frame. right? nevermind the seat fitment and forget the side panels.

    can someone confirm?

what i really want to ask is did any of the 550 seca tanks come with the fuel sender unit? if not, which ones did?

i want to put the smallest tank that i can find on my 750 seca that will mount on with ease. would be nice if it had the sender unit.

    thanks

I think the 550 tanks are shorter.

The 750/650's switch and maxim/seca doesn't matter if you're not concerned about the side panels. The 650 maxim does not have a sender the 750 does.

That's all a know about them.

No problem. I know the 750 is a direct swap because i have one on my 650 at home. I also made a fuel gauge to go with my newly available sender.

No, the 550 tank will not just "bolt on" , as the mounts are different.
The 650 and 750 Seca and Maxim all inter-swap.

i just had a mad idea to use a 650 turbo tank.

    that would look awesome.

would it be hard to fit?

if someone has this tank can that someone measure the tunnel and brackets for me please. and then sell it to me.
