All the oil flows out when running from the pod filter on the gear box.

I have no idea what you're talking about, but AWESOME bike. Used to be a 700? Let's see the other side, I want to find out what you did with the clutch lever.

i don't beleive there's anything in there to cause oil to shoot out. other then pressure is pushing oil out. and that pressure would be engine blow by from worn out piston rings.

that's not a pcv setup. but it is a crankcase breather. hooks to the air filter box. when air is running through through the box and into the carbs. it pulls from the crank case also. thereby releiving the pressure from the crank. much like a pcv does.

take the filter off and warm up the engine. see if you get any smoke coming out of there. course, if it's bad enough it should just blow out of the filter and be visible already.

i have slight dampness in my box. from the blowby i have.

    Thanks
There is no smoke. My first guess was piston rings. I smelled the oil and it is full of gas, so I am taking apart the carbs to see if they are letting gas into the crank case.
