HELP!! Spots on forks and fender

    I have small spots on my front forks and fender that I cant seem to get off.

    Anyone have any suggestions?

    thats rust there is no way to get rid of it completely looks like its allready taken out the seal only real way to fix it is to replace it. will take out the seal everytime you replace the seal

    Those are PITS in the forks originally hard-chrome plated surface. I see some in the seal-swept area. Those forks are all done.

    Replacement is not super cheap, but getting them re- hard chromed is way more expensive. cutlass79500 is right, those forks will "eat" seals.

    steel wool or brillo pad will take some of it off, providing the pitting isn't too deep. But they really should be replaced.
