83 XJ 900 SECA FOR SALE OR TRADE

I bought an 83 900 SECA from my brother in law, i have put some work into it, it didn't need much to run down the road but it still needs a few things. mainly paint, he painted it with undercoat and put a 6-8 inch red stripe down the center of front fender and tank needs a windshield and a brake fluid res for front brakes (peep glass has a hole). Brakes are BRAND NEW, front tire is BRAND NEW and I have the a new back tire to go with it. the bike runs great I rode it until the peep glass leaked. the tank had the usual rot in the lower corners, they have been fixed but the inside needs to be coated, I just ran an inline filter. I'm looking for a bobber 750 or that kinda style bike any make doesn't matter just don't like the sitting position and style of the bike. I'm a chopper/ cruiser kinda guy this is to much like a rocket (not my style). If no one is interested in trade or buying, I will be parting out for parts I need to bob it. sale price is exactly what I have in it $1000.00 or trade. I am in upstate NY.

no problems with the bike, 19000 mi, maybe you like it, maybe it'll be easier to sell, I dunno just throwing it out there. Good luck with your bike
