Gas tank emblems

    Does anyone know if the gas tank emblems from a Yamaha RXS100 will fit my 81 Maxim? Thanks.

    I have bought some more "modern" ones from this place.

    They are flexible and look nice (on my '85) which was very similar stock.
    About 3/4 of the way down the page there are round tuning fork emblems.
    I'm not sure if the 81 had bolt on emblems, but this gives you another option.

    Many guys have actually been able to use the emblems (tank badges) from mikesxs.com with great success.
