Yeah, sounds bad, but I forgot completely where this one piece goes on my mikunis.

Its the little tab that is shaped like a half moon. A small screw is used to attach it to the carbs.
My camera is fubarred completely now so I had to go by memory. I seem to remember it coming off early in the process.

    Yeah, my bad.

Those would hold the brass seats into the carb bodies. The o-rings are holding them in at this point. pull the floats back off and you'll see where they go.

i think he's talking about the peace that sits on top of the #2 carb cap. left rear corner. it's the fuel line holder.

Ah, ok. You mean the emulsion tube? I kept thinking those tabs were on the outside. Will get er done tomorrow.
I'm just happy I got the carbs apart and cleaned and all synced/floated. Now I just got to fix my clutch, change the oil and the bike should be good to go again.

I really need my bike back, it was helping me relax when I have never needed to relax like before.

Nah, I got the little tab for the throttle all sorted out - just took me a second to think where it went. I was getting myself confused because I thought it was interfering with the choke lever.

    Float valve Body Retainer?
    Sounds like it.

Be sure to tighten it good.
I've found them in the Float Bowl.

That's a sign that you are getting comfortable doing the job.
You actually get a little ahead of yourself and forget to put a piece on or you "Assembly Line" sped it too fast and you put the screws in, ... but didn't tighten them.
