    :?: i need four 2.50 shims and four 2.60 and maybe 1 or 2 of 2.55 and 2.45,i have a pile of shims ,but there all to big the sz. go from around 2.65,2.75,2.80,2.90,and 300 something ,there is a had fool of these,i would like to trade our even willing to buy for rite price..

    are we talking the air cooled N version or the water cooled X version? I'm presuming the shims are from the N version because x's don't go that high

    thank you,and the bike is the n model,i fianlly found some today,,thay were $2. peace with the exchange of thre othe one,i thought not a bad deal...i had to drive 1 hour both way,its worth the drive.i love my xj700,its like a rocket when it hits 7500rpms,and you haveto love that sound when the rpms are cranking....
