So today I managed to remove the harness, tank, foot controls, headers, drained the oil, and some other crap. I'm holding off removing the swingarm just yet, due to the fact that I haven't decided on whether I'm mounting a rear fender to the frame or swingarm. I figured it'd be a good idea to leave the tire in place to accomplish this. I got some tips and instruction earlier today from bigfitz, tibor, lou627, and some others (thanks guys). Just want to be sure tomorrow on which bolts to pull to separate the driveshaft from the engine. Inside the boot there appears to bolts threaded into the engine case, and bolts threaded into the swingarm. Should BOTH sets be removed? I'd post a pic but I don't know how to resize them, sorry.

Remove the 4 bolts inside the rubber boot, the heads face the engine.
They will be hard to turn, jamb the wheel through the spokes, against the swing arm, this separates the 2 halves of the flange, one half stays with the motor.
